When I started M-System, the Lanchester strategy helped my thinking.
I decided to pick up signal conditioners among industrial instruments and develop my business as a specialized manufacturer.
In Japan, I made suggested retail prices public, kept short delivery date promises, ensured strict quality management, and I have been committed our sales through distributors network with no exception. And needless to say, trust is first. I have been following up the “trust-first” credo till this day.
As a result, M-System has been growing and expanding, and we will celebrate the 50th anniversary soon without ever falling into the red in the company history.
M-System today, with an extensive product lineup, may be called “department store” of instrumentation and automation components.
