The Company Name Changed to MG Co., Ltd. in January 2024
As of January 1, 2024, M-System Co., Ltd. changed its name to MG Co., Ltd.
Our company policy will be unchanged despite the new name. We will continue supplying convenient and reasonably priced products for various types of automation.
We are also determined to play a role in the next generation as a cornerstone of Japanese economy to the best of our ability by developing and supplying products that can promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We will continue to create new values in our products while valuing the relationship of trust with our customers.

Brand identification
Products will be marked with the new company name from January 1, 2024.
However, the present company name may still be indicated on some products for certain time period after the effective date. It shall be read as the new one.
Drivers and configurator software update
Driver files and configurator software programs that have been supplied to our customers can be used and updated continuously.
Quality assurance and “Special Repair Service”
There will be no change in our customer support.
Contractual documents
The company name change applies only to legal registration of trade name. All contractual documents agreed under the name of M-System Co., Ltd. before January 1, 2024 will remain effective. The old name shall be read as the new one.
Bank account
Please check the new bank account information provided by our international sales department for wire transfer after January 1, 2024.
