We recommend you to provide our PC Recorder, model RZMS-U9 with your PC.
The RZMS-U9 can take in 12-point universal input and has channel-to-channel isolation. This unit can take in an analog signal from a thermocouple and RTD sensor. In addition, it compares a value of a busy signal with a rule value and can output one point of alarm contact collectively.
As we show it in figure 1, you can place the RZMS-U9 outside the clean room and you can take in the RTD sensor signal with it. You can monitor RTD signal trend on your PC and once the signal exceed the alarm setting value, the RZMS-U9 outputs alarm contact in a lump.
You can detect abnormality of temperature in a clean room immediately with above unit/system.
