QuestionWhen tank level of irregular shape is being measured with the use of a level transmitter, it takes a lot of troubles to measure the volume of tank. Is there any product to meet my request? MS Word

AnswerTank level linearization is very common throughout the industry. In converting a tank level signal into a volume, there is always a need for linearization of the characterized signal, usually a log or power curve. However, some of the linearization requires a point-by-point calibration, as the tank could have an irregular shape. With the use of the M-System model M2XF, the tank level is easily converted to a tank volume. The model M2XF allows up to 100 I/O data points to be programmed where more resolution is required to achieve the maximum linearization characteristics.
